255.

(o) [Until December 6, 1966, each of the judges of the Orphans'
Court for Prince George's County shall receive the sum of eighteen
dollars ($18.00) for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
said court, plus an allowance for traveling expenses of twelve hun-
dred dollars ($1,200.00) per year, payable monthly; and after
December 6, 1966, each of the judges of the Orphans' Court for
Prince George's County shall receive the sum of thirty-six dollars
($36.00) for every day's attendance upon the session of said court,
not to exceed $5,400 in any year, but shall not be entitled to receive
further or other allowance or expense money.]

Each of the judges of the Orphans' Court for Prince George's
County, except the Chief Judge thereof, shall receive an annual salary
in the amount of seven thousand dollars ($7,000)
SIX THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($6,000), and the Chief Judge shall receive an annual
salary in the amount of nine thousand dollars ($9,000)
SEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500), and said
judges shall not be entitled to receive further or other allowances or
expense money for the performance of their duties as such a judge.
Each of the judges of the Orphans' Court for Prince George's County
shall spend at least three days each week in the conduct of the busi-
ness of said Court.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
December 6, 1966.

CHAPTER 735                                     

(House Bill 834)

AN ACT to add new Sections 46 and 47 to Article 40 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Gen-
eral Assembly," to follow immediately after Section 45 thereof
and to be under respectively the new subtitles "Subdistricts for
the Senate," and "Subdistricts for the House of Delegates," to
designate the boundaries of Senatorial and Delegate subdistricts
for Baltimore County and to specify the number of Senators and
Delegates elected from the subdistricts to the General Assembly of
Maryland.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 46 and 47 be and they are hereby added to Article
40 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume),
title "General Assembly," to follow immediately after Section 45
thereof and to be under respectively the new subtitles "Subdistricts
for the Senate," and "Subdistricts for the House of Delegates," to
read as follows:

Subdistricts for the Senate
46.

(a) Senatorial District No. 13, comprising all of Baltimore
County, is subdivided into subdistricts for its membership in the
Senate of Maryland, as in this section provided.
