CHESAPEAKE BAY AND ITS TRIBUTARIES unless he has in his
possession (1) a valid commercial fishing license issued in his name,
(2) a dated bill of sale signed by the licensed commercial fisherman
who caught the fish, or (3) a dated bill of sale signed by a dealer or
wholesaler from whom the fish was or were purchased; provided,
however, that a non-resident of Maryland who has caught or taken
striped bass from Maryland waters by hook and line may transport
across a boundary of this State not more than one hundred (100)
pounds of such fish on any day for any purpose other than the sale
thereof.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to buy any striped bass
(Roccus saxatilis) caught or taken from Maryland waters OF THE
CHESAPEAKE BAY AND ITS TRIBUTARIES from any
person except (1) the licensed commercial fisherman who caught the
fish or (2) a wholesaler or retailer of fish.
(c) Any person who buys striped bass (Roccus saxatilis) caught
or taken from Maryland waters OR THE CHESAPEAKE BAY
AND ITS TRIBUTARIES for the purpose of resale shall main-
tain records showing the date and place of each purchase of such
fish, the quantity purchased, and the name of the person from whom
the fish were purchased; and such records shall at all times show
every purchase made during the preceding ninety-day period.
(d) Any person violating any provision of subsections (a), (b)
or (c) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or be
imprisoned in the House of Correction for not less than three months
nor more than six months, or both fined and imprisoned, at the
discretion of the Court.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 1012)
AN ACT to add new Sections 287A and 287B to Article 93 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume),
title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Orphans' Court," to follow
immediately after Section 287 thereof, amending the Testamen-
tary Law of this State in order to provide that any reference in
Article 93 to the chief justice or chief judge of the Orphans' Court
of any county shall mean, with reference to Montgomery County,
the Judge of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County then
sitting as the Orphans' Court for Montgomery County, and to
provide that wherever the plural pronoun is used in any Section of
Article 93 with reference to the Orphans' Courts of this State, such
reference shall be considered to have been made, with regard to the
Orphans' Court of Montgomery County, to the Judge of the Cir-
cuit Court for Montgomery County then sitting as the Orphans'
