TITLE. VIOLATION OF THIS SUBSECTION IS PUNISHABLE
UPON CONVICTION BY FINE NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUN-
DRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR IMPRISONMENT NOT TO EX-
CEED THIRTY DAYS, OR BOTH.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to enact new Sections 24A-1 TO 24A-5 to the Code of Pub-
lic LOCAL Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition) being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Prince George's County" to be under a new subtitle 24A "Domes-
tic Relations Causes and to be known as Sections 21A-1 to 24A-5,
inclusive of said Code, relating generally to the office of Master
for Domestic Relations Causes in Prince George's County and
relating generally to the hearing and disposition of domestic rela-
tions cases in Prince George's County and to the operation, per-
sonnel and functions for domestic relations cases in the Circuit
Court for Prince George's County, Maryland, and the jurisdiction
of the Circuit Court with respect to domestic relations cases.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new sections be and are hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition) being Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince
George's County," said new sections to be known as Sections 24A-1
to 24A-5 inclusive, to be under a new subtitle 24A "Domestic Re-
lations Causes" to read as follows:
Domestic Relations Causes
24A-1. Master for Domestic Relations Causes, Appointment, Salary.
The Circuit Court for Prince George's County is authorized and
empowered to designate, and appoint and employ one or more NO
MORE THAN TWO qualified persons to be known as the Master or
Masters for Domestic Relations Causes of the Circuit Court of Prince
George's County for the purpose of hearing such cases of a domestic
relations nature and performing other similar and related duties as
may be from time to time prescribed by said Court; who shall be a
Member of the Bar of the State of Maryland at. PERSONS SO EM-
PLOYED SHALL BE MEMBERS OF THE BAR OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND AND SHALL RECEIVE an annual salary of
$10,000.00, the same to be paid as part of the expenses of the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Prince George's County.
24A-2. Hearings.
The Circuit Court of Prince George's County may designate the
place or places for holding hearings by the Master or Masters for
