(House Bill 260)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 268 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Fish and Fisheries," subhead-
ing 'Tart 2. Tidal Waters," to increase the species of sea life which
may be taken or shot with bow and arrow in the tidal waters of the
State, to exclude the use of the crossbow from the provisions
thereof AND TO LIMIT THE SPECIES OF FISH THAT MAY
BE TAKEN BY SNAGGING.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 268 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Fish and Fish-
eries," subheading "Part 2. Tidal Waters," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
268.
It shall be lawful to take or shoot carp, garfish, skate, bull fish,
shark, oyster toads, swelling toads, sting rays or any other ray fish
with bow and arrow, excepting the crossbow AND TO SNAG SUCH
SPECIES, BUT NO OTHERS BY MEANS OF HOOKS, in the tidal
waters of the State under the supervision, regulation and control
of the Tidewater Fisheries Commission.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 103B
and 103C, 103C, and 103D of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Governor—Executive
and Administrative Departments," subtitle "The Executive Depart-
ment," subheading "Charitable Organizations," requiring the inclu-
sion of specified statements on printed matter of charitable organi-
zations; requiring certificates by charitable organizations prior to
solicitation of funds by radio and television; providing for the
filing of reports of charitable solicitations on a fiscal year basis;
CHANGING THE APPLICATION OF SAID LAWS TO CER-
TAIN CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS and relating generally
to charitable organizations.
