12. Review and Approval.
All plans, whether preliminary or final, prepared or presented
under the provisions of this Act by the Municipality known as Colmar
Manor shall not conflict with, and must conform to the master plan
for Prince George's County. This provision shall be construed to
mean that all urban renewal plans effecting a change in zoning shall
be reviewed by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission, and any zoning amendments pursuant to this urban
renewal program must be approved by the District Council.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 625
(House Bill 685)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 154(e)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish," subheading "Waterfowl and Migratory Birds," to
allow landowners and their assigns to license duck blinds after
October 10th in Kent County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 154(e) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Waterfowl and Migra-
tory Birds," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
154.
(e) In the waters of Kent County, owners, lessees or licensees,
shall have the right to make a choice of the set or position as pro-
vided in subsection (a) above on or before October 10 of each year,
but after said date or NO person [, whether owner, lessee, or licensee
or any other person,] other than the landowner or his assigns
shall make a choice of the set or position in the waters above.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
