AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 708 (w)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources", subtitle "Oysters and Clams",
correcting an error with respect to the season for taking or catch-
ing oysters for sale, with particular respect to Saint Mary's and
Charles Counties.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 708 (w) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", subtitle "Oysters
and Clams", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, and to read as follows:

(w) The season for taking or catching oysters for sale from
leased areas of this State shall be between sunrise and sunset of any
day, except Sunday, between the first day of October and the first
day of April, inclusive, next succeeding, except in St. Mary's, Charles,
Calvert, Anne Arundel, Talbot, Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester
counties, where oysters are permitted to be taken and sold at any
time.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 121 (a)
of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Inspections", subtitle: Maryland Commercial
Feed law of 1958", to exempt commercial feeds from the inspec-
tion fee requirements to be paid to the State Board of Agriculture
when said fee is to be used for certain specific purposes.
