law of St. Mary's County concerning the salary of the clerk to the
Board of Supervisors of Elections.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 67 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County", sub-title
"Elections", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(Senate Bill 144)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 of Article 19 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's
County", sub-title "Almshouse", Section 2 thereof having been
amended by Chapter 249 of the Acts of 1951, repealing certain un-
necessary and obsolete local laws of St. Mary's County concerning
the management and operation of a County almshouse.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County", sub-
title "Almshouse", Section 2 thereof having been amended by Chapter
249 of the Acts of 1951, be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Section 92 of Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County",
sub-title "Landlord and Tenant", repealing a duplicating local law
of St. Mary's County concerning landlords and tenants and the
reservation of rent and advances.
Whereas, The text of Section 92 in the local laws of St. Mary's
County is covered as Section 25 of Article 53 of the Annotated Code,
and
Whereas, It is not necessary to have this section in both places,
and it preferably should be in the Annotated Code, as the law relates
to several counties; now, therefore
