Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the proceedings for the
acquisition by condemnation of the property and rights herein de-
scribed and the rights of all parties interested or affected thereby
shall be regulated by and be in accordance with the provisions of
Article 33A of the Annotated Code of Maryland and any and all
amendments thereto.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 633
(Senate Bill 567)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 471, 472,
473, 474, 475, 476, 479 and 480 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments",
sub-title "Returnable Containers", providing for the registration
of marked clean laundered garments, towels, table or bed linen
or other such articles; providing further for assignment or trans-
fer of such registration, recording of such registration, certified
copies of such recordings as being prima facie evidence of title to
said garments, towels, table or bed linen or other such articles;
providing further that it shall be unlawful to sell, buy, rent or
traffic in any such articles marked as herein provided; provided
further for surrender of said articles upon demand; providing
further for a procedure for issuance of search warrants to obtain
evidence of violation of these sections; providing further when it
is not necessary to re-register said article and that it shall be un-
lawful to register marked articles previously registered; providing
further for the type of description necessary as to clean laundered
or soiled articles in prosecution for violation of any of said sections
herein contained.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 471, 472, 473, 474, 475, 476, 479 and 480 of Article 27
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments", sub-title "Returnable Containers", be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

"Returnable Container and Certain Other Marked Articles*

471. Registration; Procedure. Any and all persons, partnerships
or bodies corporate owning returnable containers, or dealing in any
commodities handled or delivered in returnable containers, which
said containers bear securely affixed or attached thereto, or im-
pressed or imprinted thereon, in any manner whatsoever, a name,
mark or device whereby such container can be readily identified, or
any person engaged in the business of regularly supplying clean
laundered garments, towels, table or bed linens or other such ar-
ticles with his or its name or other marks or devices woven, im-
pressed or produced thereon, and who periodically exchange such
