10-102.

(1)  The following laws are hereby repealed to the extent specified:
Art. 83, Sections 19 through 96, Uniform Sales Act.

Art. 13, Sections 3 through 8 and 15 through 211, Uniform Nego-
tiable Instruments Act.

Art. 11, Sections 118 through 134, Bank Collection Code.
Art. 83, Sections 97 through 101, Bulk Sales Act.

Art. 14, Sections 1 through 43 and 51 through 55, Uniform Bills
of Lading Act.

Art. 14A, Sections 1 through 49 and 56 through 60, Uniform Ware-
house Receipts Act.

Art. 23, Sections 100 through 122, Uniform Stock Transfer Act.

Art. 53, Section 26, Agricultural Liens.

Art. 21, Section 102, Chattel Mortgages on Railroad Equipment.

Art. 21, Sections 41 through 65, Bills of Sale and Chattel Mort-
gages.

Art. 23, Section 378, Corporate Mortgages.

Art. 21, Sections 66 through 67, Conditional Sales Contracts.

Art. 2, Sections 21 through 29, Factors Lien Act.

Art. 8, Section 1, Assignment of Accounts Receivable Statute.

Art. 95½, Sections 1 through 20, Uniform Trust Receipts Act.

(2)   Transactions validly entered into before the effective date
specified in Section 10-101 and the rights, duties and interests flow-
ing from them remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, com-
pleted, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by any
statute or other law amended or repealed by this article as though
such repeal or amendment had not occurred.

(3)  Record books, indices, dockets, and any other papers or
records permitted or required to be recorded, filed or maintained in
the office of the clerk of the circuit court for any county or in the
office of the clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore City under the
provisions of any article, section, or other portion of the Maryland
Code repealed by sub-section (1) above may be destroyed or other-
wise disposed of by said clerk at any time after the expiration of
five (5) years and sixty (60) days from the date of the last pertinent
date thereon or record entry therein, provided that the requirements
of Sections 177, 178 and 180 of Article 41 of the Code, title "Gov-
ernor
Executive and Administrative Departments", have been com-
plied with.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
