the receipts of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, then and
in that case, the County Commissioners of Prince George's County
are authorized to pay said compensation or to provide for the
deficiency.

Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition, being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title

the law concerning the selection of jurors and methods of draw-
ing the same in Prince George's County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 46-1 and 46-2 of the Code of Public Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition) title "Prince George's County,"
subtitle "Jurors" be and they are hereby repealed.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 30(1) of
Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "2. Insurance De-
partment and Insurance Commissioner," to change the required
frequency of examination of domestic insurers under the Insurance
Code.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 30(1) of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Insurance Code," subtitle
"2. Insurance Department and Insurance Commissioner," be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

(1) The Commissioner shall examine the affairs, transactions,
accounts, records, and assets of each authorized insurer, manage-
