AN ACT to add new Section 9 (18) to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement), title
"Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall Be Taxed and Where,"
to follow immediately after Section 9 (17) thereof, to provide
an exemption from State and local assessment and taxation for
A TAX EXEMPTION FOR the real and personal property owned
by Gunpowder Youth Camps, Inc., in Baltimore County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 9 (18) be and it is hereby added to Article 81 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supple-
ment), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall Be Taxed
and Where," to follow immediately after Section 9 (17) thereof, and
to read as follows:

(18) Property, real and personal, owned by Gunpowder Youth
Camps, Inc., in Baltimore County, SO LONG AS IT IS USED EX-
CLUSIVELY AS A NON-PROFIT YOUTH CAMP.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 50 of
Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Cumulative
Supplement) title "Courts," subtitle "Pensions of Judges and
Their Widows," relating to payments to be made under certain
conditions to widows of certain judges after the termination of
their active service.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 50 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Cumula-
tive Supplement) title "Courts," subtitle "Pensions of Judges and
Their Widows," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments to read as follows:
