ERTY WITHIN THE MAXIMUM EXPANSION AREA OF SAID
CITY OF ROCKVILLE, OR ANY OTHER AREA WHICH IS SPE-
CIFICALLY INCLUDED IN THE SAID WASHINGTON SUBUR-
BAN SANITARY DISTRICT BY CHAPTER 820 AND 834 OF
THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1963.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1 of Chap-
ter 122 of the Acts of 1918, as added by Chapter 812 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1963, providing for a more
definite description of the maximum expansion area of the City
of Rockville, which area is excluded from the Washington Sub-
urban Sanitary District.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1 of Chapter 122 of the Acts of 1918, as added by
Chapter 812 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1963, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
and to read as follows:
All that area in Montgomery County, Maryland not heretofore in-
cluded within the boundaries of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District by an Act of the General Assembly, which is located, now
or in the future, within the denned legal description of the boundaries
of detailed water-shed or planning area master plans which have
been adopted by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commissions; provided, however, that for the purposes of this Act,
such master plans, adopted after the effective date thereof, have
not been disapproved, by resolution of the Montgomery County
Council, within 120 days after the date of their adoption. For the
purposes of this Act, a master plan shall be deemed to have been
disapproved only in the event that the Montgomery County Council
by resolution states that the said master plan is not approved.
Such disapproval shall have no effect on the validity of said master
plan except as specifically set forth in this Act, excluded from the
provisions of this Act is only that portion of the area within the
corporate boundaries of the City of Rockville, Montgomery County,
