the unallocated portions of alcoholic beverages county license fees,
franchise tax on corporations, and any other unallocated taxes on
monies received from the State; as well as any other unallocated
taxes, fees or monies from the licensing and use of certain mechani-
cal or electrical amusement devices in Calvert County, under the
provisions of Sections 181 to 185, inclusive, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), as amended from time to
time. In the event said funds are so pledged and are insufficient in
any one year to pay said principal and interest, any such deficiency
shall be made up under the full taxing power hereinafter provided
for in this section. For the purpose of paying the principal and
interest on said bonds, or so much thereof as may not be provided
for by said Incentive Fund and other tax monies as so pledged, the
County Commissioners of Calvert County are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to levy in each year so long as any of said
bonds are outstanding and unpaid, an ad valorem tax on all prop-
erty subject to taxation within Calvert County, sufficient in rate and
amount to pay the interest payable in said year on all outstanding
bonds and the principal of all bonds maturing in said year, the
proceeds of said tax to be kept in a special fund and in no case to
be used for any other purpose. In case such bonds shall be issued
in any year after the making of the regular levy for that year, then
the County Commissioners of Calvert County are empowered, author-
ized and directed to pay any and all interest becoming due before
the next levy, out of any other funds at their disposal, and to levy
at the next succeeding levy an amount sufficient to reimburse such
other funds.

Sec. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 35
(Senate Bill 161)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 23 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume), title "Licenses", sub-title "Hawkers and Peddlers", to
decrease the fee to be paid by residents of Worcester County for
vending ice cream from motor truck or motor vehicle in Worcester
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 23 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume), title "Licenses", sub-title "Hawkers
and Peddlers", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

23. For every such license there shall be paid the following rates,
to wit: For every license to travel on foot, the sum of one hundred
dollars; to travel with a horse or other beast of burden and wagon or
other vehicle, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars; with two
