06.08.00.01 Establishment and Adjustment of Salary Rates

06.08.00.03 General Fund Appropriation, for payments re-
quired as a result of scale adjustments pursuant
to the provisions of Section 27 of Article 64A of
the 1957 Annotated Code and the 1964 Cumula-
tive Supplement; the appropriation to be allo-
cated by budget amendment to the various State
agencies as may be necessary to supplement the
agency appropriation for salaries included in
this budget.

From Special and Federal Funds, for payments re-
quired as a result of scale adjustments pursuant
to the provisions of Section 27 of Article 64A of
the 1957 Annotated Code and the 1964 Cumula-
tive Supplement. Authorization is hereby
granted to use Special and Federal Funds for
this purpose, in the amount of $1,900,000 to be
payable out of revenues and grants which are
the source of funds for the payment of budget
appropriations payable out of Special and Fed-
eral Funds; this amount being estimated and it
being the intent that the actual amount, whether
it be more or less, shall be made available in
allocating by budget amendment to the various
State agencies the amounts necessary to sup-
plement the appropriations for salaries in this
budget.
