(Senate Bill 78)
AN ACT to repeal Section 76 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-
title "Camp Meetings", repealing an obsolete provision among the
local laws of Caroline County with respect to camp meetings and
permits therefor.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 76 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Camp
Meetings", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 19
(Senate Bill 79)
AN ACT to repeal Section 108A of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", as said section was enacted by
Chapter 322 of the Acts of 1943, repealing a duplicating provision
in the Local Laws of Caroline County, which prohibits certain
actions or claims against the county or any municipal corporation
therein under certain circumstances.
Whereas, Section 108A of the Local Laws of Caroline County
regulates the filing of certain actions or claims against the county
and against any municipal corporation therein; and
Whereas, This law is virtually a duplicate of similar provisions
concerning Caroline County contained in Section 18 of Article 58 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland; and
Whereas, It is desirable to repeal the provisions in the local laws
in order that there be only one law on this subject for Caroline
County; now, therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 108A of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "County
