subtitle "Salaries of Judges," authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's County, Maryland, to pay to certain
judges of the Seventh Judicial Circuit certain amounts per annum
in excess of the salary and/or supplementation heretofore directed
or allowed to be paid to such judges.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 47 (C-4) of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, title "Courts," subtitle "Salaries of Judges," be amended so
as to read as follows:

47.

(C-4) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section:

(A)    The County Commissioners of Prince George's County are
authorized to pay from any amounts received from the State Comp-
troller under the provisions of Subsection (C-1) hereof or elsewhere,
in addition to the sums provided by Section 282A of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, an amount not to
exceed [two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500)] five thousand
dollars ($5000) THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3000), per an-
num to each of the Judges of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial
Circuit of Maryland who resides in Prince George's County, and an
amount not to exceed [one thousand two hundred fifty dollars
($1250)] two thousand five hundred ($2500) ONE THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,750) per annum to
each of the Judges of the Seventh Judicial Circuit who is a non-
resident of Prince George's County and who sits in the Circuit Court
for Prince George's County at the request of the resident Judges
of Prince George's County.

(B)    The County Council of Montgomery County is authorized to
pay from any amounts received from the State Comptroller under
the provisions of Subsection (C-l) hereof, in addition to the sums
provided by Section 7-16 of the Montgomery County Code, 1960, an
amount not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) per
annum to each of the Judges of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial
Circuit who reside in Montgomery County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to add new Section 61A to Article 48A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Insurance
Code," subheading "Insurers—Authorization and General Require-
ments," to follow immediately after Section 61 thereof, providing
that no insurer shall decline to issue or renew MOTOR VEHICLE
insurance on account of the location of the insured or of the risk,
