(b) Organizations, other than those named herein above, may
be added by the County Commissioners to the above list upon appli-
cation therefor being made at least ninety (90) days prior to the
beginning of the county's fiscal year and upon the holding of a public
hearing on the request for funds.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(House Bill 741)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 151 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement
Volume), title "Licenses," subtitle "Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax,"
amending the law concerning refunds of motor vehicle fuel tax,
giving permission to file for claims on any basis but not to exceed
a one year maximum period, and to place a limitation on the time
for filing same; and to subdivide said Section.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 151 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume), title "Licenses," subtitle "Motor Ve-
hicle Fuel Tax," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

151.

(a) Any person, firm or corporation who shall buy or use any
motor vehicle fuel as defined in this subtitle for the purpose of
operating or propelling stationary gas engines, tractors used for
agricultural purposes, motor boats, airplanes or aircraft, or who
shall purchase or use any of such fuel for cleaning or dyeing or other
commercial use of the same, except in motor vehicles operated or
