PRIMARY BUSINESS BY THE OWNER OF SAID BUSINESS,
or said promises are abandoned it shall be lawful to transfer the
said machines previously operated to another premise within the
same county as long as the total number of machines permitted by
law are not increased in any county.
SEC. 2. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE INTERPRETED AS
OBVIATING, ABROGATING OR IN ANY WISE CIRCUMVENT-
ING SECTION 264B OF ARTICLE 27 OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND (1964 SUPPLEMENT), "CRIMES AND
PUNISHMENTS," SUBTITLE "CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS,"
SUBHEADING "SLOT MACHINES".
Sec. 2 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 486C (a)
of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Supple-
ment), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "30A. Premium Finance
Agreements," to delete certain verbiage to clarify said section.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 486C (a) of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1964 Supplement), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "30A.
Premium Finance Agreements," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
486C.
(a) No person may, unless otherwise authorized by law, charge,
take, receive from, reserve, or impose on an insured or prospective
insured any [other or] greater charges than are permitted by this
subtitle.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
