names of officers may be substituted for officers who have been
removed from office of any licensee holding a Class C beer, wine
and liquor license.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 68 (g) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1964 Cumulative
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Renewal of Li-
censes," to follow immediately after Section 68 (f) thereof, and to
read as follows:

68. General Procedure.

(g) Prince George's County.In Prince George's County not-
withstanding any other provision of Article 2B, any corporation or
club holding a Class C beer, wine and liquor license may, during any
license year, substitute the name of one of its officers for the name
of any other officer on the license when the deleted officer has died,
retired, been removed from office, or no longer holds an office in said
corporation. Said corporation shall file an affidavit with the Board
of License Commissioners showing the substitution of an officer or
officers with an explanation for said substitution. Upon receipt of
said affidavit the Board shall amend its records and issue a new
license with the corrected names thereon.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 828
(House Bill 1004)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 53 of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and
1964 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "General
Provisions on Issue of Licenses," to change the number of classes
of alcoholic beverages which may be issued in Prince George's
County, to provide for the maximum number of certain classes
of new licenses which may be issued in said county, and providing
for the location of buildings of licensed premises in said county
in relation to churches and schools, and to provide for the manner
by which linear measurement of restrictions shall be made.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 53 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1964 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "General
Provision on Issue of Licenses," be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
