that the performance of any positive duty imposed by law upon any
of the persons hereinabove named shall not constitute a violation of
the terms of this section; and provided further, that nothing in this
section shall apply to or affect the settlement of small estates in the
orphans' court of Prince George's County, as set forth in Sections
162 and 163 of Article 93 of this Code.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 816
(House Bill 807)
AN ACT to add a new Section 32H to Article 26 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), as amended, title "Courts,"
subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court Stenographers,"
said new Section to follow immediately after Section 32G thereof,
making provision for 2 additional judges for the Seventh Judicial
Circuit, providing that said Judges shall be residents in Prince
George's County, and relating generally thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 32H be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), as amended, title
"Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court Stenog-
raphers," said new Section to follow immediately after Section 32G
thereof, and to read as follows:
32H. Additional judges for the Seventh Judicial Circuit.
In addition to the seven judges for the Seventh Judicial Circuit
for which provision is made by Section 21 of Article 4 of the Con-
stitution of Maryland, there shall be 2 additional judges who shall
be residents of Prince George's County. Said judges shall be selected
in the manner provided by Section 5 of Article 4 of the Constitution
of Maryland and shall be subject to all of the provisions of the Con-
stitution and laws relating to the Seventh Judicial Circuit and the
several judges thereof.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
