shows, soda water fountains, theatres, traders and wholesale dealers
in farm machinery shall be accounted for and paid over as herein-
after prescribed. The clerk issuing any of the licenses enumerated
herein shall retain as a fee of his office the present percentage of li-
cense revenues as authorized by law and the additional issuance
fee now allowed and a further three percent (3%) of license rev-
enues to be paid into the general fund of the State to defray the
expenses of the State License Bureau. All net proceeds received
from the said licenses remaining after the deductions hereinabove
authorized shall be paid by the said clerks to the incorporated town
or city in which the licensed business or activity is located. Where
the licensed business or activity is not located in an incorporated
town or city, the net proceeds shall be paid to the county in which
the licensed business or activity is located, provided however, that
the provisions of this section shall be construed to apply only to
licenses issued after June 30, 1947, and provided further, that this
section, insofar as it relates to restaurants or eating places, shall
not apply in Montgomery County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 128, 129 and
130 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion), title "Licenses," subtitle "Stallions," be and they are hereby
repealed, and that said subtitle be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having been
passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of the mem-
bers elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect on April 30, 1965.

CHAPTER 128
(House Bill 66)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 151 (c)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish," subheading "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds,"
correcting an error in the law concerning the disposition of pro-
ceeds of the sale of certain hunting licenses in certain counties.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 151 (c) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Water Fowl and Migra-
tory Birds," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

151.

(c) The clerks of the circuit courts of Allegany, Carroll, Fred-
erick, Montgomery, Washington, Harford, Cecil and Worcester coun-
ties on the first day of July, 1943, and on the first day of each and
every month thereafter transmit to the Game and Inland Fish Com-
