AN ACT to repeal Section 98 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Allegany County (1963 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-
title "Arrival Tax on Trailers", which said section was enacted
by Chapter 505 of the Acts of 1959, to repeal the imposition of
an arrival tax on house trailers.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 98 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1963 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Arrival Tax
on Trailers", be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(House Bill 23)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Licenses," subtitle "Mode of Issuing—General Provisions;"
to repeal Sections 128, 129 and 130 of said Article, subtitle
"Stallions" and to repeal said subtitle; repealing the laws re-
quiring the licensing of certain stallions and jackasses, and re-
lating to distribution of receipts therefrom.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Licenses," subtitle "Mode of Issuing—General
Provisions," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Receipts from licenses issued for billiard tables, bowling alleys,
carnivals, chain stores, cigarettes, circus, cleaning, dyeing and
pressing, construction firms, garages, hawkers and peddlers, [stal-
lion or jackass] laundries, motion picture machines, moving pic-
ture shows, plumbers and gasfitters, restaurant or eating places,
