6.

The County Commissioners of the several counties of the State
and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore are hereby respectively
directed to levy the State taxes for the year 1950 at 1.2 cents (1.2¢)
on each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessable property, for the
year 1951 at one-tenth of one cent (.1¢) on each One Hundred Dollars
($100) of assessable property and for the year 1952 and all suc-
ceeding years until all the first installments of certificates issued
under the authority of this Act are redeemed, one-half of one cent
(.5¢) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessable property
