State tax to be imposed thereon, and relating generally to the
several authorizations for the creation of State debt and the pay-
ments of interest on and principal of these certificates of indebted-
ness.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 6 of Chapter 502 of the Acts of 1949 as amended by
