registry of each person so noted for erasure a notice requiring such
person to appear before the board upon the Tuesday [six] four weeks
preceding the general election and show cause why his name should
not be erased from such registry. A similar notice shall be prepared
by such member of the board acting as clerk and such notice shall
also be served by a member of the board on or before the Friday
next following, upon each such person and if he cannot be found at
the address designated in the registry, said notice shall be left at
said address.
33.
(a) Each board of registry shall meet for revision on the Tuesday
[six] four weeks preceding a general election, during the same hours
as stated in Section 31 of this article. No new names shall be added
to the registry at such meeting except where the transfer is regis-
tered, as hereinafter provided, in which case such applicant shall be
entitled to registration as if he had applied for registration on a
regular registration day.
(b) Only one board of registry in Wicomico County and one
board of registry in Cecil County shall meet for the purpose of
revision. Said boards in Wicomico and Cecil counties shall meet in
the office of the board of supervisors of elections for Wicomico and
Cecil counties on the Tuesday [six] four weeks preceding a general
election, and at no other time or place.
38.
(b) (3) Prince George's County. On the fifth Tuesday preceding any
primary election, and on the Tuesday [eight] six FIVE and [seven]
five FOUR weeks, respectively, preceding any general election, the
Supervisors of Elections in Prince George's County shall provide for
the registration of voters and change of party affiliations and removals
at places designated by the Board in each of the precincts of said
county.. In addition, the Supervisors of Elections for Prince George's
County shall provide for the registration of voters, at such places
as may be designated by the Board, in Hyattsville, on such days and
at such times as the Board may designate, which times shall be not
less than two days a week during evening hours in any election year,
except during the period when registration is closed in said county,
as herein otherwise provided in this article. In addition, the said
Supervisors of Elections of said county are hereby authorized to
provide for the registration of voters and change of party affiliations
and removals on such additional days and during such hours and at
such places in said county as they shall determine. The cost for such
additional registration and the appointment of personnel for the
conduct of such registration shall be in accordance with the provisions
of Section 30 of this article.
41.
(a) Any voter may file with the board of supervisors of elections,
with the permanent board of registry, or with any supplemental
board of registry which the board of supervisors may appoint,
objections to the registration of any person whom such voter has
reason to believe is not eligible to vote, or a request for the addition
of any person whose name has been erroneously omitted or dropped
