mileage, traveling and other expenses in connection with the duties
of their office.
328.
(b) The members of the Board of County Commissioners of Dor-
chester County shall each receive, in addition to their compensation
as County Commissioners, compensation of Six Hundred Dollars
($600.00) annually as members of said County Roads Board [.] and
in addition the annual sum of Fifteen Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($1,550.00) for expenses incident thereto to be paid from funds allo-
cated the County Commissioners for roads generally. The Clerk to
said County Roads Board shall receive annual compensation of Six
Hundred Dollars ($600.00) in addition to the compensation received
as Clerk to said Board of County Commissioners, the County
Treasurer, in addition to the compensation received as Treasurer to
said Board of County Commissioners, shall receive the compensation
of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) annually as Treasurer to said County
Board, and the Attorney to said County Roads Board shall receive
annually compensation of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in addi-
tion to the compensation received as Attorney to said Board of
County Commissioners, plus fees for special services to said Roads
Board.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1965.

(House Bill 1042)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 108 (9)
of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Justices of the Peace," subtitle "Trial Magis-
trates System," to provide each of the trial magistrates of Dor-
chester County $600.00 annually for expenses.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 108 (9) of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Justices of the Peace," sub-
title "Trial Magistrates System," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, and to read as follows:
108.
(9) There shall be three trial magistrates, one of whom shall
sit at Cambridge and shall receive an annual salary of $4,000.00.
The said magistrate sitting at Cambridge shall appoint a clerk, who
shall receive an annual salary to be fixed by the County Commis-
sioners, payable monthly, the said salary to be paid by the County
Commissioners of Dorchester County. The other two trial magistrates
shall sit at Hurlock and Vienna respectively and hold sessions on at
least three days in each week and shall receive an annual salary of
$1,500.00.
