land, published under the direction of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Harford County and edited by Carl N. Everstine, is legal-
ized. The Code shall contain all public local laws relating to Harford
County following the 1965 regular session of the General Assembly
of Maryland, and it shall contain the charters of the several munici-
pal corporations within Harford County as in effect on April 1, 1965.
The Code shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the State,
by all justices of the peace and trial magistrates of the State, and
by all other public officials of the State and of its several political
subdivisions, to be evidence of the public local laws of Harford
County in effect at the time of compilation.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Harford County is authorized and directed to
make an appropriation to provide for the publication of the Code,
and the Board is further authorized to provide for the sale and dis-
tribution of the Code.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 496 and 497 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Harford County (1957 Edition, being Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County",
sub-title "Teachers", as last amended by Chapter 422 of the Acts
of 1951; to repeal obsolete laws dealing with teachers pensions.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 496 and 497 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County (1957 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County", sub-title
"Teachers", as last amended by Chapter 422 of the Acts of 1951, be
and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
