Permit fees shall be computed as follows: (a) for a farm milk
tank truck of a capacity not exceeding 5,000 gallons, the fee shall
be $10.00; (b) for a farm milk tank truck of a capacity exceeding
5,000 gallons, the fee shall be $25.00. For a stationary receiving
station, the fee shall be computed as follows: (c) for receiving milk
and/or other fluid dairy products in any amount not to exceed the
equivalent of 2,000 pounds daily, the fee shall be $5.00; (d) for
receiving milk and/or other fluid dairy products in excess of 2,000
pounds daily, but not to exceed the equivalent of 40,000 pounds
daily, the fee shall be $10.00; (e) for receiving milk and/or other
fluid dairy products in excess of 4-0,000 pounds daily, the fee shall
be $25.00. Permits shall not be assignable or transferable.

88—EQUIPMENT—

It shall be unlawful for any person who is subject to the provi-
sions of Sec. 86 of this sub-title to use in the determination of
weight, measure or test of milk or other fluid dairy products so pur-
chased, any weighing, measuring or testing equipment which does
not conform to the specifications of the National Bureau of Stand-
ards and/or the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists as
contained in the latest edition of their official publication and which
has not been inspected, tested and approved by an authorized agent
of the State Board of Agriculture. The State Board of Agriculture
shall have a right to make a reasonable charge for each item of
equipment inspected.

89—MANNER OF TESTING—

It shall be unlawful for any person who is subject to the provi-
sions of Sec. 86 of this sub-title to take, collect or use for testing
purposes any sample which will test lower or higher than the test
of the milk or other fluid dairy product from which it was taken,
or to underread, overread or erroneously manipulate the test or to
falsify any part of the record of any such test used as a basis for
payment to the producer in any milk or other fluid dairy product so
purchased.

90—INJUNCTION—

The State Board of Agriculture shall have the power to bring an
action for an injunction to restrain any person from using equip-
ment, methods of sampling, weighing or testing, or otherwise
operating in violation of this sub-title or regulations promulgated by
the Board pursuant to this sub-title to prevent any further and con-
tinuing violations of this sub-title or any such regulations.

91—LICENSES—

Every person who is subject to the provisions of Sec. 86 of this
sub-title who purchases or receives milk or other fluid dairy products
on the basis of its weight, measure and/or test shall have these
operations performed only by individuals licensed by the State Board
of Agriculture.

Any individual desiring to obtain a license to weigh, measure,
sample and/or test milk and/or other fluid dairy products shall apply
to the State Board of Agriculture or its authorized agent and pay
