follow immediately after Section 266-I (c) thereof, and to read as
follows:
266-I.
(d) As an alternative to the procedures for the issuance of rev-
enue bonds authorized by this sub-heading, any municipal corpora-
tion subject to the provisions of Article 11-E of the Constitution
of Maryland may, by charter amendment adopted pursuant to Article
23A, Sections 3 31 through 39, inclusive, as amended from time to
time, of this Code, provide for the issuance of revenue bonds on
such terms and conditions as said municipal corporation may deem
necessary or appropriate to enable it to exercise the authority and
achieve the public purpose contained in Section 266-B of this Article.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate pres-
ervation of the public health and safety and, having been enacted
by three-fifths of all the members-elect to both Houses of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect from the date
of its passage.
