"263B.

(a)   There is hereby established a program of State scholarships for
students enrolled in Mount Saint Agnes College. Two students from each
senatorial district of the State, appointed according to the provisions of
Section 282 of this article, shall be educated for each academic year by the
College free of charge for tuition, room and board.

(b)    In addition, one student from each senatorial district of the
State, appointed according to the provisions of Section 282 of this article,
shall be educated for each academic year by the College free of charge for
tuition.

"263C.

(a)   There is hereby established a program of State scholarships for
students enrolled in the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Two stu-
dents from each senatorial district of the State, appointed according to the
provisions of Section 282 of this article, shall be educated for each academic
year by the College free of charge for tuition, room and board.

(b)    In addition, one student from each senatorial district of the
State, appointed according to the provisions of Section 282 of this article,
shall be educated for each academic year by the College free of charge
for tuition.

"263D.

senatorial district of the State, appointed according to the provisions of
Section 282 of this article, shall be educated for each academic year by the

shall be educated for each academic year by the College free of charge
for tuition.

"263E.
