Amendment No. 1—On page 1 of the third reading file bill, in line 18 of
the title after "Sections" insert "263A, 263B, 263C, 263D, 263E,"; and
in line 34 after the semi-colon insert "establishing scholarships for Loyola
College, Mt. St. Agnes College, the College of Notre Dame of Maryland,
St. Joseph and Mt. St. Mary's College;".

Amendment No. 2—On page 2 of the third reading file bill, in line 4
of Section 2 after "263," insert "263A, 263B, 263C, 263D, 263E,".
