special committee to review the State Insurance Code to determine the

Senate Bill No. 8—By Senator Snyder:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 132 (1-1) of Article 66C of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "Natural Re-
sources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading
"Upland and Migratory Game Birds and Game Animals," to repeal a pro-
hibition on the hunting of other game other than deer during the period
when hunting of deer is lawful in Washington County.

Senate Bill No. 9—By Senator Parran:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 127A (b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County
(1957 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Charles County," subtitle "Human Relations," as enacted by
Chapter 543 of the Laws of 1963 and to add new subsections (b-1) and
(b-2) to the said section to follow immediately after Section 127A (b)
thereof, changing the terms of the members of the Human Relations
Commission of Charles County, providing salaries of the members and
providing for the removal of members who do not attend at least 50%
of the meetings of the Commission.

Senate Bill No. 10—By Senator Raley:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 708 (w) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams," to
change the season for taking or catching oysters for sale from leased
areas in St. Mary's County, and to repeal provisions for giving of notice
to dredge or hand scrape oysters from leased grounds during certain periods
of the year.
