said Code (1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Unsatisfied
Claim and Judgment Fund," to follow immediately after Section 159 (m)
thereof, and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 150 (g)
and (h), 154 (a), 161 (a) (1) and (c) (1), 162 (a) and (b) (4), 163
(a) (1) and 167 (b) of the said Article and subtitle of the Code (1957
Edition and 1963 Supplement), requiring inclusion of mandatory provi-
sions insuring for claims against uninsured motorists under motor vehicle
liability insurance in the State, prohibiting such persons from filing claims
under the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund, making other necessary
changes in the Fund, and relating to motor vehicle insurance in the State.

A Bill entitled: An Act to add new Section 11(d-l) to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic
Beverages." subtitle "Beer Licenses," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 11(d) thereof; and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
11(n) of the said Article and subtitle of the Code (1963 Supplement), to
authorize the issuance of Class D beer licenses for taverns in Caroline
County, and to fix the fee for issuance of such licenses.
