Subject: "HARFORD COUNTY," subtitle "ROADS AND PUBLIC
WORKS," TO CHANGE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC WORKS OF HARFORD COUNTY.
Amended in the Senate.
Amendment to House Bill No. 16
By the Committee:
In lines 9 and 11 of Section 447 on page 1 of the Third Reading File
Bill, strike out in each instance the bold faced brackets; and in line 11,
strike out the words "professional or registered civil engineer" and insert
in lieu thereof the following: "or he must be a professional engineer li-
censed under the provisions of Article 75½ of the Annotated Code of
Maryland as amended from time to time".
Which amendment was read and concurred in.
Mr. Blair, duly seconded, moved that the House concur in the Senate
amendment.
