A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 280 (n) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963
Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "Income Tax," as said
Section was amended by Chapter........ (Senate Bill 42) of the Acts of the
Regular Session of 1964, amending the law with respect to exclusions from
gross income for the State Income Tax, with particular respect to certain
payments received by members of the Armed Forces and other branches of
Federal service in time of war, prior to the cessation of hostilities, and
while in a military policing area or zone, in order to clarify the provisions
thereof.

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 43 of Article 40 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "General As-
sembly," subtitle "Fiscal Notes in Bills," as said section was amended by
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1964, repealing the law concerning fiscal notes for
certain bills introduced into the General Assembly.
