Senate Bill No. 21—By Senator Hughes, G. Jr.:

A Bill entitled: An Act to add a new Section 50A to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1963 Supplement), title
"Courts," subtitle "Pensions of Judges and Their Widows," to follow
immediately after Section 50 thereof, providing that the County Com-
missioners of Allegany County shall pay a pension or salary to the widow
of any former Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit under certain
conditions, and relating generally to the procedures and requirements for
this payment.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

Senate Bill No. 35—By Senator North:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 40 (u) of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963
Supplement), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact," subtitle
"State's Attorney," increasing the allowance for secretarial expenses of
the State's Attorney for Talbot County.

A Bill entitled: An Act to add a new Section 266-I (d) to Article 41
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1963 Supplement),
title "Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments," subtitle
"Department of Economic Development," subheading "Industrial Build-
ings for Counties and Municipalities," to follow immediately after Section
266-I (c) thereof to authorize municipal corporations subject to Article
11-E of the Constitution to finance industrial buildings by the issuance of
