His passing leaves a deep gap among his friends and professional
associates, and the public has lost the promise of a splendid career;
now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Delegates of Maryland, That every
member of the House joins the Delegation from Montgomery County
in expressing the deepest regrets of the House over the untimely
passing of Mr. Wesley I. Sauter of Montgomery County, and be it
further

Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the House be instructed to
send copies of this Resolution to Mr. Sauter's surviving family in
care of his mother, Mrs. Dorothy D. Sauter, of 7901 Chelton Road,
Bethesda, and also to the Board of Education of Montgomery County,
the Christian Service Brigade Battalion of the Fourth Presbyterian
Church of Bethesda, the Montgomery County Boys Baseball Associa-
tion, and to the Bethesda-Chevy Chase YMCA Basketball League.

Read and adopted.
