except no license shall be issued to any bowling alley or billiard hall
or to any restaurant located within a bowling alley, drug store or
billiard hall.

13.

(i) In Montgomery County the use of the word "wine" shall not
prohibit the sale and delivery under this license of wines properly
labeled, respectively, "Light Port," "Light Sherry," "Port," "Sherry,"
"Angelica," "Madeira," and "Muscatel," as denned by the Federal
Alcohol Administration. The annual license fee for such a license
shall be [seventy-] one hundred twenty-five dollars [($75.00)]
($125.00), except no license shall be issued to any bowling alley, bil-
liard hall, or drug store or to any restaurant located within said bowl-
ing alley, drug store or billiard hall.

(h) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for such a license
shall be [one] two hundred [and twenty] dollars [($120.00)]
($200.00), except no license shall be issued to any restaurant located
within a bowling alley, drug store or billiard hall.

14A.

(a)   A Class H beer [li-] and light wine license shall be issued by
the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the place of
business is located, or by the clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of
Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in said city, and
shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and
light wines at retail at any hotel or restaurant, at the place therein
described, for consumption on the premises. The annual fee for such
a license shall be [one] two hundred [twenty] dollars [($120.00)]
($200.00), and shall be payable to said clerk, before any such license
is issued, for distribution as herein provided.

14A.

(b)   Such licenses shall be issued only in Montgomery County,
except no license shall be issued to any restaurant located within a
bowling alley, drug store or billiard hall.

15.

(f-1) In Montgomery County the annual license fee shall be sixty
dollars ($60.00).

16.

(g) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for such a license
shall be [one] two hundred [and twenty] dollars [($120.00)]
($200.00), except no license shall be issued to any bowling alley or
billiard hall, or to any restaurant located within a bowling alley, drug
store or billiard hall.

19.

(h) In Montgomery County such a license shall be issued by the
clerk, upon the advice and approval of the liquor control board, only
to the owner of any restaurant which is located in the fourth, eighth,
or tenth election districts of said county and which was doing busi-
ness in 1932, and which had a seating capacity of thirty chairs and
