and 20 (j) of Article 2B of said Code and title, subtitle "Beer, Wine
and Liquor Licenses," be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments; that new Section 20 (j-1) of said Code,
of said title and subtitle, to follow immediately after Section 20 (j)
thereof, be and it is hereby added to Article 2B; that Section 25 (c)
of Article 2B of said Code and title, subtitle "Special and Temporary
Licenses," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments; that new Section 37 (c) of said Code and said title, subtitle
"Local Licenses and License Provisions," to follow immediately after
Section 37 (b) thereof, be and it is hereby added to Article 2B; Sec-
tions 83, 84 and 85 (b) of Article 2B of said Code and said title, sub-
title "Hours and Days for Sale," be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments; that new Sections 86 (h) and 89 (f)
of said Code and said title, subtitle "Hours and Days for Sale," to
follow immediately after Sections 86 (g) and 89 (e) thereof, respec-
tively, be and they are hereby added to Article 2B; that Section 119
(b) of Article 2B of said Code and said title, subtitle "Restrictions
Upon Licensees," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments; and that Section 155 (p) of Article 2B of said Code
and said title, subtitle "Boards of License Commissioners," be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and all to read
as follows:

(h) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for such a license
shall be [sixty] one hundred dollars [($60.00)] ($100.00), except no
license shall be issued to any bowling alley, billiard hall, or drug
store or to any restaurant located within said bowling alley, billiard
hall or drug store.

9.

(h) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for such license
shall be [one] two hundred and fifty dollars [($150.00)] ($250.00),
except no license shall be issued to any restaurant located within a
bowling alley, drug store or billiard hall.

9A.

(a) A Class H beer license shall be issued by the clerk of the circuit
court of the county in which the place of business is located, and shall
authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer at retail
at any hotel or restaurant at the place therein described, for con-
sumption on the premises. The annual fee for such license shall be
[one] two hundred [twenty] dollars [($120.00)] ($200.00) and
shall be payable to said clerk, before any such license is issued, for
distribution as hereinafter provided[.] , except no license shall be
issued to any restaurant located within a bowling alley, drug store
or billiard hall.

10.

(h-1) In Montgomery County the annual license fee shall be fifty
dollars ($50.00).

11.

(j) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for such a license
shall be [one] two hundred and fifty dollars [($150.00)] ($250.00),
