A Bill entitled: An Act to add a new Section 21 (h) to Article 66B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1963 Supplement), title
"Zoning and Planning", subtitle "Planning", to follow immediately after
Section 21 (g), providing for Allegany County that an original zoning
ordinance adopted pursuant to the provisions of Article 66B shall not take
effect if within thirty days after its proposed adoption, a petition is pre-
sented for a referendum thereon, and relating generally to the details, pro-
cedures and requirements for this referendum.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.
