Senator Hepbron, offered the following amendments, from the floor.

Amendments to Senate Bill No. 15
By Senator Hepbron, from the floor:

Amendment No. 17—In line 4 of the title of the printed bill, after the
word "repealed" add the following: "and re-enact with amendments;" and
strike out all of lines 10 and 11 and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"effective within Kent County".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 18—In line 6 of Section 1 on page 1 of the printed
bill, immediately preceding the word "and" add the following: "be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments" and in line 7 strike
out the words "they are" and insert in lieu thereof the words "it is".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No, 19—In lines 14 and 19 respectively of Section 11
on page 2 of the printed bill strike out the bold faced brackets, and in line
16 strike out the word "Kent,",

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 20—In lines 1 and 6 of Section 16 on page 2 of the
printed bill, strike out respectively the bold faced brackets, and in line 2
strike out the word "Kent,".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered printed for its third
reading.

RECESS

At 4:00 o'clock P. M., on motion of Senator Wheatley, the Senate took
a recess until 4:30 o'clock P. M.

AFTER RECESS

At 4:30 o'clock P. M., the Seriate resumed its session.
Present at roll call were the following Senators:

RECONSIDERATION OF BILL

Senator Wheatley, duly seconded, moved to reconsider the vote by
with amendments No. 17, 18, 19 and 20 to Senate Bill No. 15 were adopted
and the vote by which the bill passed second reading.

Said motion prevailed by yeas and nays.

Senator Hepbron then withdrew amendments 17, 18, 19 and 20 to
Senate Bill No. 15 that had been adopted.
