Senator Malkus, for the Judicial Proceedings Committee, reported

Subject: "PUBLIC EDUCATION," subtitle "FORMATION OF
BOARDS," PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A FIVE (5)
MEMBER SCHOOL BOARD.

Favorable report adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and the bill put upon
