A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Sections 116, 117, 118, 119 and 120
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Howard County (1957 Edition, being
Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Howard
County," subtitle "Housing Code," and to enact new Sections 116, 117,
118, 119 and 120 in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the sections so
repealed, revising the provisions concerning the so-called Housing Code
of Howard County, and relating generally to the powers of the County
Commissioners and of the Housing Administrator and of other officials
in Howard County with respect to housing and the Housing Code.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.
