bill, strike out the following: "and 6" and insert in lieu thereof the fol-
lowing "6 and 13".

tions of Baltimore County within Election Districts 2 and 3 and of those
portions of Baltimore City within Wards 15, 16, 20, 21 and of Precincts
1 through 11, inclusive, of Ward 25 and of Precincts 81 through 105, in-
clusive, of Ward 27 and of Ward 28."
