Amendment No. 4—Strike out all of Lines 1 through 9, inclusive, of
Section 166 on Page 2 of the printed bill and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

"166. The Seventh Congressional District is composed of those por-
tions of Baltimore County within Election Districts 2 and 3 and of those
portions of Baltimore City within Wards 15, 16, 20, 21 and of Precincts
1 through 11, inclusive, of Ward 25 and of Precincts 81 through 105, in-
clusive, of Ward 27 and of Ward 28."
