Amendments to Senate Bill No. 31
By the Committee:

Amendment No. 1—In line 1 of Section 164A of the printed bill,
after the word "receiver" insert the following: "or conservator".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 2—In line 3 of Section 164A of the printed bill,
after the word "receiver" insert the following "or conservator".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 3—In line 5 of Section 164A of the printed bill,
after the word "proceedings" delete the word "and" and insert the fol-
lowing: ] "and of the possibility of the future cancellation of his insur-
ance."; and delete all of line 6 of said Section 164A.

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 4—In lines 2 and 3 of Section 164A of the printed
bill, delete the following: "thirty (30)" and insert in lieu thereof the
following: "fifteen (15)".

Which amendment was read and adopted.
Favorable report, as amended, adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered printed for its third
reading.

Senator Malkus asked that the rules be suspended in order to report
