Amendment No. 4—In line 5 and 6 of Section 150 on page 1 of the
printed bill, strike out the following: "on and after March 1, 1964,".

Amendment No. 5—In line 7 of Section 150 on page 1 of the printed
bill, strike out the word "but"; and immediately following the word "where"
insert the following: "a receiver or conservator has been appointed by a
court of competent jurisdiction for".

Amendment No. 6—In lines 8 and 9 of Section 150 on page 1 of the
printed bill, strike out the following "undergoes delinquency proceedings
under the Insurance Code" and insert in lieu thereof the following ". The
provisions of this section shall not be construed to contravene in any way
the provisions of Section 158A of this Article."
