Senate Joint Resolution No. 3—By Senator Welcome:

Senate Joint Resolution requesting the Governor of Maryland to
direct the Maryland Commission for Children and Youth to emphasize
and study problems concerned with the problem of out-of-school unem-
ployed youth.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.
