(b-1) thereof, and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 15 (d)
of said Article (1963 Supplement), sub-title "Method of Assessment", gen-
erally amending the provisions applicable for purposes of county taxation
in Carroll County as to valuing and assessing stock in business, raw mater-
ials on hand, and manufactured products in the hands of the manufacturer,
of certain persons, firms, or corporations engaged in any manufacturing or
commercial business.

Senate Bill No. 7—By Senator Hall:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Chapter 380 of the Acts of 1963 and
to repeal Sections 159-166A, inclusive, of Article 33 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1963 Supplement), title "Elections", sub-
title "House of Representatives", and to enact in lieu thereof new Sections
159-166A, inclusive, to stand in the place of the sections so repealed, revis-
ing the several Congressional Districts in this State for the election of rep-
resentatives in the Congress of the United States, creating a new Eighth
Congressional District, and relating generally to the boundaries of the
several Congressional Districts in this State and to the election of repre-
sentatives to fill these offices.

Rules.

Senate Bill No. 8—By Senator Snyder:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 132(1-1) of Article 66C of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "Natural Resources",
sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Upland and
Migratory Game Birds and Game Animals", to repeal a prohibition on the
hunting of other game than deer during the period when hunting of deer
is lawful in Washington County.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

Senate Bill No. 9—By Senator Parran:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 127A (b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County (1957
Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Human Relations", as enacted by Chapter 543
of the Laws of 1963 and to add new sub-sections (b-1) and (b-2) to the
said section to follow immediately after Section 127A (b) thereof, changing
the terms of the members of the Human Relations Commission of Charles
County, providing salaries of the members and providing for the removal
of members who do not attend at least 50% of the meetings of the Com-
mission.

Rules.
