(2) Each eligible individual who is unemployed in any week shall
be paid with respect to such week a benefit in an amount equal to
his weekly benefit amount plus allowance for dependents, less that
part of the wages (if any) payable to him with respect to such week
which is in excess of $7.00; provided that such amount of benefits, if
not a multiple of $1.00, shall be computed to the nearest multiple
of $1.00 except that if such amount ends in .50 it shall be carried
to the next higher multiple of $1.00.
3 (c) [Moneys paid as allowances for dependents shall not be
charged against the experience rating account of any employer.]
